For some time now companies have been sending there staff on training courses.
Managers and Executives have been attending training courses to improve sales, communication skills and alike. In the main staff training has been the main staff development tool. Short block trainings were meant to teach new skills and techniques whilst be motivating and encourage positive change.

What happens after the training course?

Delegates leave hopefully motivated, fresh, full of the new ideas and knowledge that they have learnt over the past day or days. But then what?

Quite often the delegates get back to their office or place of work, the pressures of work hit them or the familiarity of surrounds gets to them and inevitably they return back to type. They may try odd bits of knowledge they picked up but the chances of them doing what they learnt on their training is slim.
This is where success coaching comes into its own, and guess what it works.

Success Coaching is all about developing one to one personal relationships which is ongoing, between coach and client. The Success Coach will facilitate in achieving the goals and aspirations specific to the client. In a team environment the positive progression is aligned with company targets and ethics.
The advantage of Success Coaching is that the Coach can slow drip feed small bits of information on a regular basis. This gives the client a certain amount of time to go away try out the new learning’s then give feedback on the next session. So for example if the learning from the last session didn’t sit comfortably or gain the results it should have we can discuss, rectify and move on. This makes the whole process very personal and gives clients a chance to be open and honest without worry of what others think. Every client has a different learning style so how we may teach a principle to one client it perhaps would be completely different for another, even though the end result would be the same.
